What we collect

When you add an event, list your group or apply to perform, we keep what you type into the form, any photo or other files you add (like recordings or a tech rider), and your name and email address. When you sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email address and first name.

What's shown in public

Once the SING! team approves an event or a group listing, the event or listing details appear on this website, along with any website link, public email address or photo you chose to include. Your own name and contact email are never shown. Performer applications are never shown.

Who sees it

Only the SING! Edmonton team. We keep submissions in our Notion workspace and photos and files in our Google Drive, and use your contact details only to ask about or follow up on what you sent. Shop orders are handled by Square, which takes the payment, your delivery address and your receipt email; printed-to-order items are made and posted by our printing partner, who gets your delivery address. We don't sell or share your information, and this website doesn't track you or use advertising cookies.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Past events drop off the calendar automatically. We remove group listings when a group asks us to or when they're out of date, and we keep performer applications while we plan the festival.

Changing or removing your information

Email info@singedmonton.com and we'll show you what we have, update it or delete it.
